Waiver Funding We Accept
Avenue Home partners directly with Washington State DDA case managers to accept state-funded waiver programs, including the DDA Core waiver (the primary funding source for comprehensive 24/7 residential placement), as well as qualified private-pay arrangements.

24/7 Awake Residential Support
Unlike homes that staff overnight on-call, Avenue Home maintains awake overnight supervision. This is critical for residents with elopement risk, seizure disorders, or nighttime behavioral episodes - alert personnel provide materially safer care.
Each resident receives an individualized care plan developed in coordination with their DDA case manager, behavior specialist, and contracted Registered Nurse.
